This weekend’s forecast is better than we originally thought with the skies clearing by Sunday. Early this morning we had 2″ of big snowflakes settling down. Snow is forecast today above 7,000 feet. This system is mostly off the coast so it shouldn’t last too long up here in the mountains. The skiing and boarding has been super fun the past couple of days. Snow Summit has 4 chairs open accessing Miracle Mile top-to-bottom, Upper Summit Run, Upper Westridge, ZZYZX and Ego Trip, and the Bear Bottom Beginner Area and the snow coverage is very good on the open runs.
Put your Dual Mountain lift ticket to work and check out Bear Mountain’s Park Run which is open top-to-bottom and stacked with more than 30 features. Inspiration run is also open at Bear Mountain for beginners.
