Chair 7 Now Open!

Chair 7 accessing Upper Log Chute top-to-bottom, Lower Timber Ridge and 7-Down is now open!  We’ve been making snow around the clock and we’ll continue to do so at every opportunity.  Come spend your day on the snow with packed powder conditions, very good coverage, and the most open terrain in Southern California.

This weekend we opened Summit Run top-to-bottom and Bear Mountain opened Chair 5/Central Park and Chair 6/Easy Street.  There are now 10 lifts available at both resorts and we will open even more with continued snowmaking.

Today’s forecast is 35 degrees and sunny.  Although high wind warnings are in effect today, we are not typically affected as we are not in canyons or passes where the strongest winds occur.

Red= Runs open; Purple= Snowmaking; Runs next to open

What are the chances of this weekend’s night session being open? It looks like there is plenty of snow and the weather looks great this weekend. Would there be anything preventing a night session?
