The Best Conditions in Southern California

Get it while the getting is good. It’s beyond good here when it comes to snow. We don’t have the third best snow, we’re not second either. We have the best snow compared to resorts in Northern and Southern California. If it wasn’t true and backed up by hard data, we couldn’t say it. When we say hard data, this is what we mean; one SoCal resort is reporting 13 open trails and the other one has 13 trails open. You would have to pay for two lift tickets to hit 26 trails. On the other hand, one of our day session lift tickets gets you access to 39 open trails, that’s more than the other two combined. Talk about a value packed lift ticket. Take Advantage of Shorter Lift Lines

We got a little dusting of rain today but have no fear: conditions this coming week should be perfect for snowmaking to resume! One way to ski more is shorter lift lines. We have little to no lift lines during our midweek sessions. It’s because there are less people out there and that translates into wide open runs. You’re thinking about it… big wide turns as you rip down the slopes, nothing in your way, it’s like you own the mountain! If you’re not as savvy but looking to try it out, your best opportunity of the season is right now. January is “Learn to Ski and Ride Month” and there’s only 3 weeks left in the month. As an incentive for you to get some lessons in technique and safety, your rental equipment is free of charge when you purchase any adult or young adult 1st time beginner-only package […]
