Forecasts call for clearing skies tomorrow morning and sun with a high of about 47 degrees. We should be able to make snow all night on top of the 8 or so inches this last storm gave us, further ensuring our resorts are the only resorts in Southern California where you will find these¬†quality conditions. ¬†We are still sporting 21 lifts, 34 trails and over 130 features between the two resorts. 6 Inches Of Fresh Snow And Snowmaking Last Night!

Today is the day. You need to decide if you are in for some fresh tracks- so let’s get you the facts: We received 6″ of fresh natural snow last night and while it was falling we fired up the snowmaking system and added to it. The NWS calls for continued snow showers throughout the day with an additional 1-3 inches on top of the 6″ we already have. A high near 37 is expected today. Lifts Open at 8:30 am – skiers and riders may find some trails closed while snowmaking takes place today. All Routes to Big Bear are currently under Restriction – Vehicles must have chains or 4WD with snow tires on all four wheels.
