Big Bear Mountain Resorts offers group rates for Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.

Big Bear Mountain Resorts welcomes groups of 15 or more with discounted rates on lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. In addition, for each block of 20 tickets purchased (per session), your group receives the 21st ticket free! The free ticket is valid only on the same day as your group visit. Reservations are required.

Prices are determined based on the time of season, size of your group, date of your visit, and other services utilized. The best savings and incentives are offered Sunday through Friday, non-holiday and/or night session. Half-day group rates are also available. Half-day session begins at 12:00p.m. Morning Half-day sessions are not available.

Bear Mountain offers world-class freestyle parks and the region’s largest beginner area. For more advanced skiers and snowboarders, Bear Mountain has the highest lift-served peak in Southern California and when the powder stacks up Bear also offers 550 additional acres of tree skiing/riding. Snow Summit provides a great deal of intermediate terrain and mainstream cruising for skiers and snowboarders with both day and scheduled night sessions available. Your group will have the opportunity to visit both resorts on the same day if you choose, with one interchangeable lift ticket! With both resorts having so much to offer, everyone in your group is sure to find just what they’re looking for. Beginner Ski & Ride Package

This package is for First-Time skiers and snowboarders. Package includes a beginner lift ticket*, 2-hour group lesson, and rentals. No refunds on package segments. In addition to your first lesson we will give you a second 2-hour lesson for only $10.

*Beginner lift ticket includes – Bear Mountain Chairs 6 & 7 and Snow Summit Chairs 4 & 8

All Mountain Ski & Ride Package

Package includes an all-mountain lift ticket, 2-hour group lesson, and rentals. No refunds on package segments. In addition to your first lesson we will give you a second 2-hour lesson for only $10.

Little Bear School (ages 5-7)

All Day Ski or Snowboard Package: 4-Hour Lesson (2 hr a.m. and 2 hr p.m.) and an all-mountain lift ticket & rentals. Half Day Ski or Snowboard Package: 2-hour lesson (a.m. or p.m.) and all-mountain lift ticket & rentals. No refunds on package segments.

Little Bear Camp (ages 4-7)

All Day Ski or Snowboard Camp Package: 4-Hour Lesson (2 hr a.m. and 2 hr p.m.), an all mountain lift ticket, rentals, lunch & shelter. Half Day Ski or Snowboard Camp Package: 2-Hour Lesson (a.m. or p.m.), an all-mountain lift ticket & rentals. No refunds on package segments.

Group Rentals

Helmets

You should consider wearing a helmet since in some situations it may prevent or reduce injury. However, skiing or boarding responsibly is your first priority. Helmets are a second line of defense.

*If equipment rentals are needed for your group, a valid credit card must be on file with our Group Sales Department to cover any loss or damage of rental equipment.

Group Lunch

Lunch vouchers are the ideal choice for groups where each individual member has the freedom to select from a variety of different menus and eat when it’s convenient for them. Whether you plan to gather for lunch or eat in smaller groups on your own, your group can still enjoy a lunch together without having to choose from a set menu.

All groups must reserve in advance. Please complete the group guidelines and group ticket order form then fax them to the sales department at (909) 584-0286. Our sales staff will call to confirm your order.

Boy Scout Merit Badge

Good news Boy Scouts! Scout Merit Badge Day is coming back to Bear Mountain Saturday, March 10, 2012. Discounted lift tickets, lessons, and rentals will give your Scouts the opportunity to join in, and demonstrate portions of skiing or snowboarding with our winter sports counselors.

This is the perfect opportunity for any Scouts working towards earning their Snow Sports Merit Badge. There is not a minimum requirement of participants to qualify for this event.

Bear Mountain’s Snow Sports Merit Badge counselors will be available for on-hill testing so be sure to bring your blue card. Parents and siblings are welcome to take advantage of the discounted rates.

School Night Session

You and your students deserve an adventure! Reward your students with a fun activity and head to Snow Summit for night skiing and boarding. We’ll arrange a true mountain experience for you and the kids you spend so much of your time with by setting up a fun ski and snowboard trips under the stars. Creating memorable experiences that will last their lifetime is our mission.

We offer Four or Six week sessions with three options to select from:
A) Lift ticket only
B) Lift ticket and Rentals
C) Lift ticket, Rentals, and a one-time Lesson on your first scheduled night session

This program is offered Friday nights from 3:00p.m. to 9:30p.m. All night sessions are weather permitting and subject to change, especially early and late season.

Corporate Ticket Vouchers

Big Bear Mountain Resorts Corporate Ticket Voucher Program offers reduced lift ticket prices for businesses and schools who want to buy in bulk. Lift ticket vouchers are a great employee incentive, a fun gift idea, a nice reward for a job well done or you can pass the savings on to your staff or students. The vouchers are available for Children ages (7-12), Young Adult ages (13-21) and Adults (22 older). Experience both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Resorts with one interchangeable lift ticket voucher.

Bus Trips

Relax and enjoy your trip. Bus transportation to Big Bear Mountain Resorts is affordable and easy to arrange. Plan Your Group Trip

The Big Bear Mountain Resorts Sales Department will help you plan and organize your group trip. Upon request, for groups of twenty or more, the Sales Department can FedEx your group packet including lift tickets, rental vouchers, lesson vouchers and food vouchers, as well as all necessary forms before your scheduled trip with orders placed seven days in advance. This allows the group leader time to distribute the lift tickets so the members of your group can head straight for the slopes or Rental Department. Our experienced Sales Department will help you customize your group outing to suit your specific needs.

Most can be submitted a variety of ways for your convenience: by mail, fax, or electronically via e-mail.
