Spring Break is Here! - 7:40am, 3/21/2013

Spring Break hits Snow Summit! Why fight the crowds at the beach when you could enjoy the sun on the slopes! The snow is super fun with these great spring skiing conditions and the deep snow-pack should last us well into April!

With sunny skies for days break out that tank-top and get up here!

Wallet feeling a little light? We’ve got plenty of specials to help you save money! With the Spring Break special, students get $20 off midweek lift tickets when they show their school IDs. With the Half-Day Getaway , ski or ride all morning and turn your lift ticket in by 1pm and receive up to a $15 voucher to put towards your next lift ticket. Also, our Screamin’ Deal Season Pass Sale is going on now. Purchase a season pass for next year at the lowest prices and use it for the rest of this season too and get a free lift ticket for a friend!

Remember that we have new lift hours in effect: 9am-4pm on weekdays and 8:30am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

First Day of Spring! - 9:34am, 3/20/2013

Today may be the official first day of spring, but we’ve been enjoying amazing spring conditions all week long here at Snow Summit! The weather is nice and nearly all runs are open for the best skiing and snowboarding in SoCal. With a deep base and plenty of snow to go around, we expect to be open for skiing and snowboarding well into April.

Classic SoCal Spring Skiing! - 9:10am, 3/19/2013

Tank tops and shorts are popping up all over Snow Summit lately. The weather feels like spring and we’re not complaining about that! The snow is in great condition and stays pretty fast throughout the day! Early March storms were good to us providing a solid snow base and very good coverage on the open runs.

With the most open runs in SoCal and a short drive away, Snow Summit is an awesome Spring Break destination! Students can save big when they spend their Spring Breaks at Snow Summit. Find more information HERE.

Remember the new operating hours are in effect for the rest of the season:
Monday thru Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am-5:00pm

Get Lucky with Great Spring Conditions! - 5:23am, 3/17/2013

Nothin’ says St Patty’s Day like green beer, food & drink specials and live music on the snow! Come get lucky at Snow Summit with another amazing day on the slopes! We couldn’t ask for better skiing and riding, with classic SoCal spring  conditions and plenty of snow and sunshine to go around.  Life doesn’t get much better than this!

Apply today’s lift ticket towards a season pass for next year. It’s good for the rest of this season too!

Weekend Fun - 9:00am, 3/16/2013

There’s nothing better than a day on the slopes with your friends! This weekend looks to be another amazing one, with good snow, nice weather and even better vibes. Today is the perfect day for laps in the morning and drinks on the deck in the afternoon. The band High Tide will be playing outside at Slopeside Pub from 12:30-4:30pm, so kick back and work on your tan while you enjoy some good reggae music.

Apply today’s lift ticket towards a season pass for next year. It’s good for the rest of this season too! Then be sure to stick around tomorrow for St. Patty’s Day. We’ll be celebrating with drink specials and $1 hot dogs. Don’t forget to wear green!
