Another Great Weekend In The Books

Amazing conditions, beautiful weather and the concert of the year will be the highlights when we look back at this one. We’re glad you could join us. Don’t think this was a farewell to skiing and riding for the season. Thanks to the recent storms and the incredibly productive nights of snowmaking we have had the slopes will be in great shape well into the Spring. In fact some of the best skiing and riding of the season is yet to come. Each Spring our resorts become a playground for those who aren’t quite ready to give up their fun and a large number of Pro skiers and riders looking to finish video parts and close out the season at our sister resort Bear Mountain with the best Park available. As we have named it, it becomes quite The Scene. Will you be joining us this week? If so, and […]

Great Week For Mid-Week Riding And Looks Like More Snow Is On The Way

Sunday afternoon we had a storm roll in that stuck around through Monday night and dropped 9 inches of natural snow. The temperatures also allowed us to make snow through the storm and an additional night as well. End result: a completely resurfaced playground  of machine groomed, packed powder for you to enjoy. It is expected to linger through the weekend and into next week. It will also, most likely, allow us to make snow. Longer range looks call for this pattern to continue. Don’t put those skis and snowboards away yet- it looks like the best of the season is yet to come! Plan ahead by purchasing lift tickets in advance and save money. Pick up your lift tickets through […]

We Made Snow

It’s been a busy morning for the crew while they were preparing our resort for a fantastic day. We made snow! The snow guns were running early this morning while you were getting your beauty sleep. Then the groomers started working on uniform corduroys. Most people don’t like Mondays. It’s a different case for the ones that ride mid-week. These are the ones that wait for Mondays because it’s the beginning of their week in the snow. They know that during the middle of the week is the time when they can come up, park, gear up, get right on a chair and take big wide turns at their own pace. It makes for a very calm and peaceful session. If you’re a mid-week skier or rider, you’re knodding your head in agreement right now. You can expect mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures. Our base depth is 8 – 24” […]
