It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for! Chair 1 opens today accessing Miracle Mile top-to-bottom for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders as well as Chair 8 accessing Bear Bottom Beginner Area. We’ve been making snow all weekend long and will resume as conditions permit. Opening Day Trail Map HERE Enjoy opening day under clear blue skies with a high of 51 degrees. The skiing and snowboarding season is right around the corner! This weekend is going to be a cold one and we expect to make snow all weekend long and we expect some natural snow too. Come enjoy spring skiing and riding today at Snow Summit. We are expected to remain open with complete services for the entire family, including snow sports school and all levels of terrain, through at least April 15th. Bear Mountain is now closed for the 2011/2012 season. Bear Mountain Only season passes will be valid at Snow Summit for the remainder of the season.
