Snow Summit may be closed but Bear Mountain is still open with 85% of their runs available! There is something for everyone at Bear Mountain! If you are a beginner you can find lessons and terrain to help build the basics and turn you into a snowbunny in no time! For advanced riders there are tons of intermediate runs and steeps to give you that adrenaline rush you’re seeking. And of course The Park… Bear Mountain is known worldwide for their first class park full of terrain features for all abilities from pro riders to groms! Check out our South Series race. The South Series combines all Southern California ski resorts to compete against each other individually and as a mountain team. Snow Summit was not supposed to host this race but because we have the best coverage and conditions in SoCal the race directors moved the race here. If that’s not proof for that we have the best snow in SoCal then I don’t know what is! The urge to hit the snow is hard to resist! Don’t postpone your trip any longer, just give in.
