We received 12-14 inches of fresh snow since last night and its still coming down! Snow showers are expected to stick around through the day and clear out tomorrow, making for a fun powder weekend! Don’t forget, the final night session of the 2012/13 season is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, March 9th. There is no night session tonight. Don’t miss your last chance to ski or ride under the lights tomorrow! Remember to change your clocks this Sunday for Daylights Savings Time. We’ll be springing forward with new operating hours.
Yesterday’s powder day was nothing short of amazing and today looks to be just as fun! We received 14-16 inches of fresh powder yesterday and today’s cold temps will help keep the new snow prime. With mostly sunny skies and a packed powder surface, we’re looking forward to the best skiing and riding conditions of the season! We’re gearing up for a snowy week here at Snow Summit and you know what that means…POWDER!!! Wax your skis or snowboard and get up here soon for the best skiing and riding of the season! With excellent coverage and 100% open terrain at both Snow Summit and Bear Mountain life doesn’t get much better than this! Not only are the runs in tip-top condition but so is Westridge! With 35 Jibs and 50 Snow Features there is something for everyone including a step-down rail, double box, wall ride, and an all-new down bar that Park Staff is calling Chubs. Light flurries have just started up and the majority of snow is expected to come in tonight!
