Wax up your powder skis and boards because we’re in store for a snowy weekend. The forecast is calling for a March Miracle snow storm that could bring up to 2 feet of fresh powder. We have about 8-10 inches of fresh snow so far and it’s forecast to continue snowing through Sunday so you can get fresh tracks all weekend long. Although it may take you a little extra time getting here this weekend, the snow conditions will be well worth it! Follow the forecast HERE. Enjoy the blue skies and temps in the fifties this week because the weather forecast looks like the weekend may be snowy! Of course if you like fresh snow then we suggest arriving Friday so you can be here early for first tracks and avoid traveling during the storm. It’s snowing in Big Bear today and the weather forecast is calling for several inches of fresh powder. Today’s storm is setting us up for a super fun week. This snowy cold front is forecast to move out by this evening leaving us with great conditions and clear blue skies. As you know, Snow Summit has had good skiing this season with a deep snow base, all lifts available and nearly every run open. The natural snow will freshen the surface and make fore great skiing and snowboarding.
