Big Bear Mountain Resorts offers group rates for Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.
Bear Mountain offers an all mountain terrain park, the highest peak and the largest beginner area in Southern California. Snow Summit provides a great deal of intermediate terrain and mainstream cruising for skiers and snowboarders with both day and scheduled night sessions available. Your group will have the opportunity to visit both resorts on the same day if you choose to, with one interchangeable lift ticket! With both resorts having so much to offer, everyone in your group is sure to find just what they're looking for. Gather up your friends, coworkers, classmates or church members for a fun day on the slopes!
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. With each block of twenty lift tickets purchased, your group will receive one free lift ticket. The free lift ticket is valid only on the day of your visit. Big Bear Mountain Resorts offers discounted rates based on the time of season. Savings on lift tickets, rentals and lessons are offered anytime, however; the rates increase during the resorts Holidays and Peak* Weekends.
Midweek Value
We encourage you to schedule your group trip on Non-Peak* days, especially midweek, for the most affordable and enjoyable experience. Not only will you receive the best rates possible, you will also benefit from shorter lines and fewer crowds.
Peak Sunday vs. Peak Saturday
If your group is planning to visit on a Peak* Weekend, they will receive the best value for their dollar by visiting our resorts on Sundays (excluding holiday periods). On Peak* Sundays, your guests can receive substantial savings over those offered on Peak* Saturdays, and still experience shorter lines and fewer crowds. This will allow more time for your guests to enjoy their day of skiing or snowboarding.
Holidays and Peak Saturdays
Big Bear Mountain Resorts offers group rates on Holidays and Peak* Saturdays, however; our resorts limit ticket sales to ensure shorter lift lines and wide-open runs. To guarantee your group discount and to be certain that your day's activities go as planned; we suggest that you submit your order early.
*The following dates are considered Holidays and Peak* Weekends: (December 25- 31, 2008, January 1- 4, January 17- 18, February 14- 15, 2009 and weekends from January 10 through March 15, 2009).
The Big Bear Mountain Resorts Sales Department will help you plan and organize your group trip. Upon request, the Sales Department can ship out your group packet including lift tickets, rental and lesson vouchers and all necessary forms before your scheduled trip. This allows the group leader time to distribute and complete the necessary forms before arriving at the resorts. Our Sales Department will also customize your group outing to suit your specific needs such as arranging for catered meals, sack lunches and food vouchers. Attention: If traveling by bus, please be aware that buses traveling to Big Bear cannot exceed 40' in length (roughly 47 passengers). This regulation is strictly enforced by CHP and Caltrans. School Night Session
Are you looking for a fun activity for your students? Snow Summit has night-sessions available on Friday nights from 3:00 to 9:30. We offer schools a six night-sessions package during the months of January and February. It’s a great way for your students to enjoy a night under the stars. Corporate Ticket Vouchers
Big Bear Mountain Resorts Corporate Ticket Voucher Program offers reduced lift ticket prices for businesses and schools that want to buy in bulk. This can be a great reward or discounted benefit to employees or students. The vouchers are available for Young Adult ages (13-21) and Adult (22 older). The voucher provides guests with the opportunity to visit Snow Summit and Bear Mountain with one interchangeable lift ticket. For more information, please contact (909) 584-0290.
