Both resorts made snow for a few hours last night. Central Park run at Bear is open with 17 new features. Snow Summit is focusing snowmaking on Miracle Mile and Upper Summit run along with Ego Trip, Upper Westridge, ZZYZX, and the beginner run on chair 8. Both resorts will make snow at every opportunity.
Snowmaking will continue at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain as conditions permit.
As snowmaking progresses more lifts and runs will be available at Bear Mountain.
We'll let you know Snow Summit's expected open date as we get closer.

| Road Conditions |
| 3 Ways to Big Bear - Highway 330/18 from San Bernardino through Running Springs ("Front Way") is the shortest and most direct route. Highway 38 from Redlands ("Back Way") is the best route when leaving the Valley on weekends and holidays. Highway 18 from Lucerne Valley ("Desert Way") is best in snowy weather. |
